新鴻電子有限公司（NuRay Technology Co., Ltd.），簡稱新鴻電子，是一家源于北京漢鴻投資有限公司與XinRay Systems Inc.的中美合資企業(yè)。主要開發(fā)和生產基于碳納米管技術，可應用于安檢、醫(yī)療等領域下一代高性能CT設備的分布式X射線光源產品，核心技術來自于清華大學及美國北卡羅來納大學教堂山分校，涉及納米、電子、真空、高壓、機械等技術領域。
NuRay Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ‘NuRay’), is a Sino-US joint venture between Beijing Hanhong Investment Company Limited and XinRay Systems Inc. NuRay develops and produces distributed X-ray source products based on CNT (Carbon Nanotube) technology, which are used in the next generation of high-performance CT equipment in the security inspection and medical fields. NuRay’s core technology originates from Tsinghua University and University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and covers a variety of fields such as Nano technology, electronic, vacuum, high voltage and machinery technology.

新鴻電子所研發(fā)和生產的新型X射線光源，改變了X射線的產生和利用方式，能夠從根本上改善X射線設備的3D成像性能，提高圖像清晰度以及掃描速度，并降低設備的維護成本。在碳納米管場致發(fā)射X射線光源技術方面，公司擁有20余項核心專利，并從母公司獲得了30余項相關專利的獨家許可，這些專利為公司的核心技術提供了全面的知識產權保護，也使公司具有明顯的技術競爭優(yōu)勢。
The new type X-ray source developed and produced by NuRay has changed the generation and utilization of X-rays, fundamentally changes the 3D imaging performance of X-ray equipment, improves image definition and scanning speed, and reduces the maintenance cost of equipment. With respect to the CNT field emission X-ray source technology, NuRay has more than 20 core patents and also obtained exclusive licenses for more than 30 related patents from the parent companies, all of which can provide comprehensive intellectual core property protection to the core technology of NuRay Technology and offer obvious advantages in technological competition.
