Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide relevant and update market analysis IVD product related areas
2. Understand the needs of the current and future customers for diagnostic applications
3. Explore the strategic partnership opportunity with commercial clinical labs.
4. Find 3rd party cooperation opportunities to provide the solution to the customer
5. Support product development efforts to offer appropriate products to different market segments
6. Develop and manage new product development portfolio in support of strategies and financial plans
7. Get involved in the manufactory transfer, China for China R&D projects.
8. Monitor market trends, clinical practices, regulations and policy to ensure continuing strategic fitness
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
1. Good communication skill and negotiation skill.
2. At least three years of Marketing in multi-national medical device company, business develop experience is preferred.
3. The Bachelor degree of Medicine or related is preferred.
4. Be able to travel around the whole country.
