職位描述
渠道經(jīng)理崗位職責(zé):
1. 策略:制定渠道策略和指標(biāo)
Channel Strategy:Define the channel sales strategy and budget
2. 目標(biāo):確保渠道指標(biāo)按時(shí)完成
Targets:Ensure targets achieved for channels.
3. 溝通:協(xié)調(diào)不同分銷商之間因項(xiàng)目等存在的問題
Negotiations:Contributes to coordinate difference channels in critical case.
4. 合作伙伴:參與關(guān)于、評(píng)估授權(quán)項(xiàng)目合作伙伴,并制定年度績效考核體系
Partners:Participates with management to identify, ****uate, and authorize channel partners. Manages annual performance assessment activities for channel partners.
5. 發(fā)展:積極配合分銷商、合作伙伴參與市場(chǎng)的拓展,加強(qiáng)渠道/合作伙伴的交流、溝通和培訓(xùn)發(fā)展
Promotion: Coordinates sales and marketing efforts that require channel partner participation. Assures the communication, promotion and training activities in the channel.
6. 分析:為管理層和客戶提供及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確的渠道統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析數(shù)據(jù),以便確定具體的行動(dòng)計(jì)劃和政策
Analysis: Collect market analysis, market segmentation, demand creation and cost structures to management, give support for yearly policy or **** plan.
7. 協(xié)調(diào):與JV共同關(guān)注重要客戶,并提供相應(yīng)的行動(dòng)計(jì)劃/策略供管理層決策。
Coordinate: Focus on key customer with FES and set incentive plan to management for final dicision.
