職位描述
銷售工程師任職要求:
1、5年以上沖壓行業(yè)的銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn),汽車沖壓行業(yè)優(yōu)先
2、具有良好的客戶溝通和交際能力
3、具有開發(fā)新客戶能力和一定優(yōu)質(zhì)的客戶資源
4、精通一門外語,英語優(yōu)先、日語其次
銷售工程師崗位職責(zé):
a. 收集市場信息,開發(fā)符合公司目標(biāo)市場定位戰(zhàn)略的新客戶和項(xiàng)目;
Collect market information, explore new customers&programs per companys target marketing strategies
b. 根據(jù)公司流程及客戶要求按時(shí)處理新客戶的詢報(bào)價(jià)及打樣;負(fù)責(zé)和客戶商務(wù)談判和落實(shí)合同;
Lead to handle with customers RFQs and making samples per proceduresResponsible for negotiation and finalization of contracts with customers.
c. 處理解決和客戶的商務(wù)問題(如付款條件、價(jià)格調(diào)整等)
Negotiate with customer for commercial issues (price adjustment,payment terms etc.)
d. 支持完成團(tuán)隊(duì)的銷售額目標(biāo),必要時(shí),協(xié)助跟進(jìn)應(yīng)收貨款;
Support the whole team to achieve sales target, when necessary, to follow up receivable account
e. 客戶管理,包括建立客戶檔案,安排客戶來訪事宜、企業(yè)展示,市場報(bào)告,積極與客戶溝通,了解客戶面臨的問題并幫助他們解決問題,提高客戶滿意度。
To undertake key account management of a specified number of accounts, including visits, presentations,drafting market reports, work with Management to maximise sales opportunities and customer satisf****, understanding the problem that customer is facing and help them to resolve or facilitate.
f. 日??蛻舭菰L及關(guān)系維護(hù)。持續(xù)市場調(diào)查,了解潛在競爭對手情況,提高自身的競爭力;
Regular customer visits and relationship maintenance;Conduct market survey, get to know potential competitors and make analysis, so that to improve own competitiveness.
g. 銷售經(jīng)理分配的其他工作任務(wù);
Other tasks assigned by Sales Manager.
