1. Know and Implement the company strategy and reach the sales target

2. Develop New business with assigned Customer
開拓指定現(xiàn)有大客戶的新業(yè)務(wù)
a) Search and identify new product/ business opportunities on the market share with key Customer
開發(fā)和識(shí)別市場(chǎng)上新的產(chǎn)品、業(yè)務(wù)機(jī)會(huì),與現(xiàn)有大客戶共享共贏。
b) Present updated Haas machinery and technical concept to Key customer
介紹最新的哈斯公司設(shè)備、技術(shù)的理念給大客戶
c) Visit customers regularly and arrange time to visit the key customer for potential & import project , carry on the customer satisf**** investigation get close to the customers, be good at listening attentively to the customers demand, to feedback, tracking information of customers and potential customer in time, devoted to improving customer satisf****, e
定期訪問(wèn)客戶并擇時(shí)拜訪客戶以及時(shí)了解客戶的潛在和重要項(xiàng)目,進(jìn)行客戶滿意度調(diào)查;貼近客戶,善于傾聽客戶之聲,及時(shí)反饋、跟蹤客戶及潛在客戶的信息,致力于提高客戶滿意度;
3. Maintain key customer information system and co-ordinates project of implementation.
維護(hù)關(guān)鍵客戶信息系統(tǒng)和協(xié)調(diào)項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施
a) Responsible for the customer archives management, maintenance the department internet in time, improve the management of customer information system.
負(fù)責(zé)完成客戶檔案管理、及時(shí)維護(hù)部門網(wǎng)頁(yè)信息,提高客戶信息系統(tǒng)的及時(shí)性、準(zhǔn)確性
b) Go through the necessary steps of sales cycle, e.g. quotation, bidding, contract negotiation, etc.
理解銷售周期的必要步驟,如報(bào)價(jià)、投標(biāo)、合同談判等。
c) Coordinate with other departments for project handling, e.g. commercial terms, project design, technical service, etc.
負(fù)責(zé)就現(xiàn)有的項(xiàng)目與其他部門進(jìn)行協(xié)調(diào),如商業(yè)條款、項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)、技術(shù)服務(wù)等。
4. Negotiates customer contracts in accordance with overall company sales strategy.
依照公司整體銷售策略, 負(fù)責(zé)談判客戶合同。
5. Coordinates with assigned sales and /or service team to ensure the sales/services to assigned customer
與分配的銷售/或服務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作,以確保給予所負(fù)責(zé)的大客戶以最好的銷售和服務(wù)體驗(yàn)。
6. Responsible for Key customers visiting reception, presentation, and visit on plant to meet expectable purpose.
負(fù)責(zé)大客戶來(lái)訪的接待、演示、參觀工作;以達(dá)到預(yù)期效果
7. Develop relationship with Key accounts’ decision makers & influencer coordinate strategic **** and resolve sales issues with our key accounts.
進(jìn)一步發(fā)展與大客戶的決策者和影響者的客戶關(guān)系;調(diào)整戰(zhàn)略行動(dòng)和不斷解決大客戶銷售中的銷售問(wèn)題。
8. Any other duties assigned by Sales Manager.
其他銷售部經(jīng)理分配的工作。
