Responsibilities
? Works with regionally aligned MDD and China commercial and digital leadership to identify the stakeholders with which the EM will engage and support
? Partner with China leadership to develop a service model that can support new initiatives outside of the current GCO service catalogue
? Collaborate with the market and GCO leadership to articulate demand for new services, design the service and stand up the support model for China
? Provide digital strategic guidance to Chinese marketers
? Understands and articulates the current GCO service catalog including content management, content delivery and the supporting platforms (i.e. Atlas and Nexus)
? Meets with identified stakeholders to represent GCO and the service catalog
? Supports regionally aligned MDD in discussions to understand customer needs
? Supports MDD with regard to all Customer Agreements in place for China
? Supports brand teams and digital teams with a single point of contact for enabling services through Project Management
? Liaises with respective individuals to understand the processes and plans in each market, including platform and content specialists
? Plans and organizes resources to achieve specific project objectives
? Drives adoption of platform and services
? Accountable for Project Management responsibilities shared with CDM, including project plans and estimates, scoping, and identifying requirements throughout implementation and deployment
? Contributes to collaborative medium (e.g., SharePoint)
? Accountable for meeting all milestones for program deliverables
Deliverables
? Overall program planning and status tracking
? Manages expectations and changes to plan
? Establishes Program Communication Plan and Message Track
? Schedules, manages agenda, and conducts meetings (Kick-off, Status Update, ad hoc)
? Provides regular demand updates to markets
? Provides market and regional adoption and demand reporting to MDDs and Lead EM
Education and Experience – Required
? College graduate with excellent knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of Project Management
? Experience designing or executing digital strategy
? Proactive thinking and behavior
? Critical thinking and problem solving skills
? Anticipates key milestones and project dependencies/downstream implications to ensure success
? Willingness to respectfully challenge or question existing or proposed services/processes, etc, when appropriate
? Experience in interacting with individuals effectively across company, vendors and GCS team
? Outstanding people management skills
? Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate project requirements, communicate project status, and interface with internal and external team members
? Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Live Meeting, Visio, Project and PowerPoint
? Experience participating in a collaborative team environment
? Demonstrated customer service skills
? Generate and distribute reports to relevant stakeholders
? Knowledge of digital marketing execution
? Ability to critically assess a project or process to identify improvement opportunities
? Good presentation and negotiating skills
? Possesses an interest in working with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds and is willing/able to adapt to those cultural norms in order to get results
? Willingness to travel to facilitate in-person stakeholder/customer interactions as needed
? Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of products and brands
Education and Experience – Recommended
? Background in the area they should work in (e.g. marketing, finance)
? Willingness to learn about the Brands and marketing
? Seeking for improving their skills
