任職資格：
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷、財務(wù)類相關(guān)專業(yè)；
2、8年以上財務(wù)管理工作經(jīng)驗，不低于3年酒店財務(wù)經(jīng)理管理經(jīng)驗（必備）；
3、熟悉酒店內(nèi)部工作流程，具有豐富的酒店財務(wù)管理、營運(yùn)分析、成本控制等經(jīng)驗及技巧；
4、具備良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力、團(tuán)隊管理能力、計劃與執(zhí)行力；
5、具有良好的敬業(yè)精神和職業(yè)道德操守，為人踏實(shí)，責(zé)任心強(qiáng)；
6、身體健康，能承受一定的工作壓力。
