職位描述
任職資格：
1、本科及以上學歷，會計、財務(wù)或相關(guān)專業(yè)，會計師職稱；
2、10年以上財務(wù)管理經(jīng)驗， 5年以上國際連鎖酒店財務(wù)經(jīng)理工作經(jīng)歷；
3、具有較全面的財務(wù)專業(yè)知識，熟悉財經(jīng)法律法規(guī)和制度,熟練應(yīng)用財務(wù)軟件；
4、優(yōu)秀的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)能力，可以代表業(yè)主方管理派駐物業(yè)的財務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)；
5、此崗位為集團派駐到自有物業(yè)經(jīng)營方的財務(wù)管理高端崗位，有相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮。
注：不具備國際連鎖酒店管理集團工作經(jīng)歷的請勿投遞該職位！
