工作職責：
1、通過電話、郵件、傳真等多種方式為玩家提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務。
2、處理玩家的投訴與意見，并幫助玩家快速有效地解決問題。
職位要求：
1、1年以上游戲類客服經(jīng)驗。
2、大專及以上學歷。
3、有良好的客戶服務意識及溝通、判斷能力。
4、有一定的計算機基礎(chǔ)知識。
5、能夠配合工作需要進行輪班。
