崗位職責(zé)：
1、負(fù)責(zé)365日歷App的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)；
2、基于用戶體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)方法（UED），結(jié)合用戶需求和產(chǎn)品技術(shù)架構(gòu)，完成產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)；
3、配合開發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)，快速高效地推動(dòng)產(chǎn)品研發(fā)；
4、進(jìn)行用戶研究，分析競(jìng)品，為產(chǎn)品優(yōu)化提供依據(jù)；
5、制定產(chǎn)品運(yùn)營(yíng)計(jì)劃，全程跟蹤運(yùn)營(yíng)工作，監(jiān)控并分析產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)；根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品并調(diào)整運(yùn)營(yíng)策，持續(xù)改進(jìn)產(chǎn)品；
任職要求：
1、本科以上學(xué)歷，2年以上產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
2、注重細(xì)節(jié)，對(duì)交互設(shè)計(jì)和用戶體驗(yàn)有深刻的理解，善于發(fā)現(xiàn)問題并提供合理有效的解決方案；
3、對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)敏感；
4、有交易型產(chǎn)品經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先；有社交類產(chǎn)品經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先；
