崗位職責(zé)：

1、負責(zé)WEB端功能設(shè)計、開發(fā)和優(yōu)化；
2、與設(shè)計師和后臺程序配合，高效率高質(zhì)量地完成頁面的實現(xiàn)工作；
3、進行復(fù)雜javascript程序的代碼編寫和開發(fā)工作；
4、負責(zé)公司W(wǎng)EB應(yīng)用產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)品維護以及更新升級。


任職資格：

1、精通HTML，CSS+DIV，JavaScript，Ajax等前端技術(shù)；
2、精通jQuery等js開發(fā)框架；
3、3年以上前端開發(fā)工作經(jīng)驗，深刻理解Web標準，了解不同瀏覽器之間的差異，能做好各大主流瀏覽器間的兼容性；
4、熟悉并了解HTML5、CSS3和Webapp等相關(guān)技術(shù)；
5、熟悉WebService，至少熟悉一種高級語言（如C#/Java/php）,并有相關(guān)項目經(jīng)驗；
6、對web產(chǎn)品設(shè)計和用戶體驗有一定的了解；
7、熟悉當前互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的各種流行應(yīng)用，在交互開發(fā)、用戶體驗等方面有自己的見解，能主動根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)需要，提出合理的交互方案；
8、良好的團隊協(xié)作意識和積極的工作態(tài)度；
9、有大型網(wǎng)站前端開發(fā)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
