Qualifications:
Undergraduate or advanced degree, with ~5 years of work experience from an industrial leading organization or a reputable consulting firm
Exceptional track record of academic achievements
Demonstrated leadership aptitude in work/ extracurricular settings
Exceptional problem-solving skills (both analytical and quantitative)
People management experience a strong plus
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of an organization
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and Mandarin, both verbally and in writing; German is a plus
Willingness to travel up to 90%

Nature of work:
Consultants join our consulting teams and work directly with our clients.
As a Consultant in Porsche Consulting, you will be joining our Shanghai office as part of a global team.
You will work in challenging business environment, across different sectors and industries, and solve some of clients' most difficult problems.
In a typical client engagement, you'll be part of a team of 3 – 5 consultants, playing an active role in all aspects of the engagement.
You will also work with technical experts in the firm, from systems designers, data scientists, to software and app engineers.
You will be driving the information collection and analysis, finding and testing solutions, and developing and communicating recommendations. You'll also have the opportunity to present to client executives, as well as collaborating with clients to implement recommended solutions.
