Job Responsibilities：
1.Provide marketing support and technical service on using spray adjuvants for agricultural applications. Ability to plan and manage most aspects of Ag products and projects, including new product promotion, field trials and demo, analysis and interpretation of field results.
2.Develop, support and close new tank-mix applications in Agriculture. Well-rounded skills are critical in understanding customer needs, best technical solutions and timely support to commercialize new applications.
3.Work closely with Commercial Team and distributors in developing new agricultural applications and sales.
4.Provide presentations / seminars / training to customers, distributors, grower associations and related agricultural groups.

Requirements/Qualifications:
1.Minimum Bachelor Degree, with related education background of Agronomy, Crop Science or plant protection Science;
2.0-2 years’ experience in agricultural business, experience in field trials or related agrochemical application is strongly preferred.
3.Good oral and written communications skills in Chinese and English
4.Ability to work independently after training.
5.Ability to think creatively and effectively communicate ideas in commercial, research and manufacturing environments,
6.Good communication skill with internal and external.
7.Self-motivation and willing to learn.
8.Available for frequent travel.
