職位描述
1) MISION OF THE POSITION
Promote a culture of quality in the BU following the guidelines of HQ Quality Policy.
2) MAIN FUNCTIONS
1. Collaborate in the development, maintenance and implementation of the QMS (ISO Certifications and ISO 17025 Accreditations) according to the policy of IDIADA.
2. Assure the proper function and update the QMS documentation (update procedures, processes,…).
3. Collaborate with the BU departments for the correct implementation of the quality requirements defined in the QMS, with the object of improving the processes of the company.
4. To prepare and attend internal & external audits.
5. To support the process owners audited to establish the necessary actions to solve the nonconformities detected and to follow up the actions defined until verification of effectiveness.
6. Non-conforming work and incident management with support of Quality and CS department.
7. Customer complaints management with support of Customer Service
8. Collaboration in Customer Voice tasks: Identification of customers to send the questionnaires
Analysis of questionnaires and customer suggestions
Definition and follow-up of corrective/preventive actions
9. Periodical reporting to HQ Quality department about open quality issues
10. Promote a culture of Quality inside his/her department or Business Unit
11. To perform a Welcome Plan for new employees.
12. To follow-up the training process of new employees
3) NECESSARY EDUCATION
1. Degree in Engineering or 5 years of experience as quality technician as proof of qualification.
2. Proof of qualification in QMS standards (ISO9001, ISO17025, ISO17020), OSHAS and EMS.
3. Proof of qualification as internal auditor.
4. Knowledge of quality tools such as problem solving analysis or 5S method.
5. Good level of English written and spoken.
4) NECESSARY EXPERIENCE
1. At least 2 years of experience in the field of quality management systems as quality engineer or technician.

1. As per OSH risk evaluation.
