?Establish manufacturing(CNC Machining) process, develop and update process file建立制造（數(shù)控機(jī)加工）工藝，開發(fā)和更新工藝文件
?Be responsible for Fixture & Jig designing, purchasing and maintenance, risk evaluation for process change of new tooling/equipment負(fù)責(zé)工裝夾具設(shè)計(jì)，采購和維護(hù)，新工具/設(shè)備工藝變更風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估
?Develop, maintain and improve manufacturing documents, such as PFMEA, Procedure, SOP, WI開發(fā)、維護(hù)和改進(jìn)生產(chǎn)文件例如風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估、流程文件、操作指導(dǎo)書等
?Train shift leaders and operators for procedures, SOP and WI 對領(lǐng)班及操作工進(jìn)行流程文件、操作指導(dǎo)書的培訓(xùn)
?Provide technical support and training about Machining process為機(jī)加工工藝提供技術(shù)支持和培訓(xùn)
?Handle daily deviation and lead process problem solving and root cause analysis, ensure corrective and preventive actions are taken and effective 處理日常偏差，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)生產(chǎn)過程中的問題的解決和根本原因分析，確保糾正和預(yù)防措施及時、正確、有效
?Support on customer complains handling and provide technical support in regards to process problem solving and root cause analysis支持客戶投訴處理，并提供技術(shù)方面的支持，推進(jìn)問題的解決和根本原因分析
?Participate in NPI project as Manufacturing technical expert, design and plan machining lay-out 作為制造技術(shù)的專家，參與新產(chǎn)品引入項(xiàng)目，并設(shè)計(jì)和規(guī)劃生產(chǎn)線不布局
?Participate and drive on lean transformation, continuously optimize manufacturing process 參與并推進(jìn)精益變革，不斷優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)過程
?Assist on production equipment maintenance and upkeep協(xié)助生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的維護(hù)和保養(yǎng)
?Implement process continuous improvement project for cost reduction and productivity increasing and quality increasing實(shí)施流程持續(xù)改進(jìn)項(xiàng)目以降低成本，提高生產(chǎn)率，提高質(zhì)量
?Promote and improve workshop 5S management 改進(jìn)和提升車間5S管理

Qualifications and Desired Skills 資質(zhì)和技能要求
?Bachelor degree or above, manufacturing or mechanic relevant major本科或以上學(xué)歷，制造或機(jī)械相關(guān)專業(yè)
?5 years and above experience in related area of manufacturing factory with solid theoretical knowledge and practical experience & skill 5年以上制造業(yè)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，扎實(shí)的理論知識和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)和技能
?CNC machining working experience is must, including manually programming for CNC turning& milling compound machine (FANUC or Seimens) 必須具備數(shù)控加工的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，包括手動編程的數(shù)控車削和銑削復(fù)合
?Be familiar with mechanical parts measurement technique, can choose proper tools and methodology熟悉機(jī)械零件測量技術(shù)，能夠選擇合適的工具和方法
?Quality management capability and quality awareness is required具備質(zhì)量管理能力和質(zhì)量意識
?AutoCAD skill required, UG modeling skill is preferred 要求具備AutoCAD技能，UG建模能力者優(yōu)先考慮
?Experience in foreign investment enterprise is preferable有外資企業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
?Medical device background is preferable醫(yī)療器械背景優(yōu)先
?CET4, good English capability in listening, speaking and written 英語4級，具備良好的英語聽說讀寫能力
?5S and lean experience is preferable 5S和精益生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
