職責描述：
The position is responsible for supporting in recruitment related work for Sangha Suzhou. Assist the P&O Manager in creating an effective and efficient operation of Recruitment function.
Support in the below areas:
?Maintain & update the Headcount Plan;
?Identify the recruitment source & strategy;
?Responsible for recruitment & employment process;
?Manage recruiting expenses & compile relevant reports;
?Coordinate Internship program;
?Interview management and offer administration;
?Resignation & exit interview;
?Labor contracts compilation & contract signing & endorsement;
?Out-sourced workforce;
?Universities & technical colleges affairs
?Manage the completion of monthly and ongoing staffing/L&D reports.
?Support in providing Interview Skills & other trainings to the internal and external customers when it deemed to be necessary
?Support the customers to fulfill the manpower/L&D needs within the timeline
?Other tasks assigned by P&O manager.
任職要求：
1.Excellent presentation and communication skills.
2.Good skill of interviewing, selecting of talents & organizing.
3.High proficiency in English.
4.Knowledge of varied recruiting sources, channels & strategies
Experiences from Industrial, Hospitality, Consulting, Headhunting or similar background are preferred.
University graduate and above. Computer literacy. Minimum of 5 years of direct related experience.
Excellent Mandarin and English communication skills (spoken AND written)
