JOB PURPOSE:
As a key member of HR business partner (short for HRBP) team, this person will assist the HR Manager and GM in expanding HR services. Besides the recruitment, training, talent development, she/he also need to take care of the employee relationship, employee issues, employee engagement, employee activities and daily operations…... which are not limited to improve the employee satisfaction and sense of belongings.
KEYACCOUNTABILITIES:
· Assist HR department to provide high quality HR services to the managers and employees, which includes Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development and Relocation and office admin.
· Implement and execute strategic HR business plans in alignment with branch and Pacific goals and objectives to facilitate the contribution to business results.
· Initiate, identify and lead improvement projects by applying excellent project management skills to improve cost effectiveness and overall department and organizational efficiency.
· Implement and deliver innovative and relevant solutions/programs in response to company requirements, environment and business changes.
· Provide advice, consultation and coaching to managers and employees on overall HR programs and processes, employee development, performance management, etc.
· Conduct daily operation with flexibility but in accordance with HR Policies and Guidelines
· Keep updated of local labor law and subsequently revise and update HR policies & programs accordingly.
· Understanding of market HR trend and competitor HR information to share with BU and HR internally for proper decision making.
· Set up good relationship with local HR bureau or community or government to drive more resources.
· Work with COE & operation team, and other branches HR department with high team-work spirits.
· Set up the reliable business relationship with employees, BU head and department managers to leverage HR professionals.
· Participate and take on additional assignments and projects as required.
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
This person should be of influence, proactive, innovative, self-motivated, collaborative attitude as basis.
1. Education
· Bachelor’s degree or above from a well-recognized university, better to have master’s degree or MBA relative.
· Major in HR, Psychology, Business Administration is preferred, but not a must
2. Experience, Knowledge and personality
· Must-have skills:
1) 5-8 years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources
2) Solid HRBP experience for F-500 or MNCS for mechanical industries or relative industries.
3) Language skill: fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, both spoken and in writing
4) Computer skill: a good user of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
5) Able to think out of box; challenge the status quo and act for change
6) Transversal coordination; able to influence business, HRBP and other functions’ colleagues, driving but not pushing
7) Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken
· Nice-to-have skills:
1) Working knowledge of assessment tools and psychometric tests
2) HR consulting and career counseling, with coaching skills.
3) Sensitive with numbers, able to find out reasons and propose solutions based on data analysis
4) Strategic enough to see the big picture, yet operational enough to tolerate hands-on and repetitive work
