You will work with the team to provide Unified Communication support as follow.
Microsoft Exchange server management
Microsoft Lync server management
Microsoft Office 365 support
Monitoring systems
Trouble shooting
Project involved
The working procedures/processes, such as incident/request handling, escalation, issue follow up, are very important and should be followed in your daily work.
Working hours is from 9:00- 17:30 and we provide flexible working hour.
NNIT will provide necessary training on the technology related with your business field, English, communication and ITIL process. The training can be internal and/or external, domestic and/or abroad.
Your profile:
A bachelor/Master degree in IT field is a plus
At least 2 years dedicated experience on Exchange and Lync servers.
Good skill on English, both spoken and written.
Customer oriented, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills are required.
Be able to work independently under pressure.
Have strong knowledge about Exchange, Lync service
Have good knowledge with Office 365
Basic knowledge about mail gateway, storage, network load balance, and other infrastructure system relate to exchange/Lync
Basic knowledge about Microsoft Active Directory and windows system management
