Degree in engineering (industrial or mechanical / production)

Enough working experience in Auto components or related industry area.
在汽車制造或相關(guān)行業(yè)的工作經(jīng)驗
Ability to manage production changes involving equipment, materials and people to meet business needs.
對于設(shè)備、材料和人員的管理能力
Good communication and presentation skill.
良好的溝通和展示能力
Fluent in English

2、崗位職責Job Responsibility
Manage production Assembly area for safety, Quality, 5S, productivity, cost/scrap control and process improvement.
管理生產(chǎn)裝配區(qū)域的安全、質(zhì)量、5S、生產(chǎn)效率、成本以及過程改善
?Production Control and Plan (Capacity & Manpower for future production)
生產(chǎn)管理和計劃(產(chǎn)能、人力安排)
?Daily Production management. Productivity (Output, Line efficiency), Quality of Product, 5S and Line discipline improved
日常生產(chǎn)管理:生產(chǎn)效率(產(chǎn)出、效率)、質(zhì)量、5S和現(xiàn)場紀律的改進
?Control the cost due to the budget (Manpower ,expense)
依據(jù)預(yù)算控制成本(人力、費用)
?Monitor corrective actions for Defects on line, Scrap and Customer complaints追蹤現(xiàn)場不良、報廢及客戶投訴的改善措施是否有落實
?Maintain monthly Production reports to production manager
?提供運行月報給生產(chǎn)經(jīng)理
?Train the line leaders to ensure they are met the work
培訓班長以確保他們能勝任工作
?Other work that Production Manager and Plant Manager arranged
