Accounting Manager

The roles of the Senior Accounting Manger are to manage the delivery of service to Businesses who want to derive cost savings and value through operational excellence, controllership and compliance; and to drive the penetration of the Financial Operation. More specifically, the Accounting Manger will …
? Engage in consultative selling with the company businesses to understand their needs and to identify growth opportunities for Record to report GL team
? Work with Financial Operation leadership team and China Business Finance Community to define the customer CTQs…design service solutions to meet China needs.
? Work with China Leader and Financial Service Manager to negotiate Pricing and Service Level Agreements with customers.
? Responsible for ensuring effective delivery of products through monitoring team work scope and performance, tracking regular performance metrics and reviewing performance with products leaders to drive process improvement
? Execute VOC collection and follow-up with customers. Improve and maintain a high standard of NPS score annually. Lead team in keeping a continued rhythm of performance review with key customers.
? Design and execute the migration plans that enable company businesses to move from their current systems and processes to the R2R GL solution; managing Transition Tollgates and Deliverables and help to overcome roadblocks; facilitating all transition related communication and reporting.
? Recruit high quality talent into the R2R team. Help develop the R2R team, providing appropriate Coaching and Mentoring for team members and helping develop a career path. Build up leadership and talent pipeline within the team. Sustain a learning and customer-oriented culture and organization that facilitate operation and customer needs best.
? Work with FP&A, Controller and other product leaders to ensure proper billing, SOW completeness, wing-to-wing service delivery and controllership quality. Ensure a high standard of controllership and compliance.
? Bachelor’s degree.
? 10 years plus working experience, 5 years above management experience, share service experience is a plus
? CICPA or equivalent accounting certificate
? Solid finance operation knowledge and ERP implementation experience is a plus.
? Customer-oriented mindset.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
? Effectively bilingual (Chinese & English).
? Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
? Proven ability to interact with Senior Leadership.
? Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
