Our client is Global Fortune 500, Industrial Company
Position: HR Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders (include Biz functions & HR Teams) and other functions to develop and smoothen HR Projects operations
- Evaluate C&B practice & process, lead C&B analysis and reward programs assessment to achieve market competitiveness
- Drive One-HR systems solutions deployment to address key business objectives, maintain high efficiency of C&B operation and align with regulatory compliance, ensure service level agreements are maintained including system reliability, availability and service ability
- To facilitate cross-team HR Projects, lead its roll-out and ensure quality delivery including its application and communication in end-users’ group
- Lead annual manpower planning, budget & review process, timely analyze and evaluate manpower costs to support biz request
- Monitor the industry/external market and provide analysis on the impact of relevant developments in C&B and Legal & Employment Law related areas, recommend best practice
Requests:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Minimum 6-8 years HR experience in MNC, specialized in C&B and projects area for 3-4 years, HR Consulting firm experience is a plus
- Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills & project mgt. skills, self-motivated, team player
- Good communication skill & mature interpersonal skills
- Good at English (both oral and written), excellent in using Excel, words
