職位描述
-Being responsible to work collaboratively with HR and functional departments, successfully drive and deliver talent development projects in China
-Defining & delivering the talent management strategic actions to meet China business growth needs in line with Group guidelines
?Evaluating the talent pipeline and organizational capability gap with BHR and business managers, to define & prioritize talent development needs
?Driving and delivering the talent dev. projects to address short and mid-term needs
?Supervising all talent management processes in China, including management review, performance management system, ensure the process effectiveness, and also find the opportunity to improve the quality
?Supervising all talent related actives according to the budget allocated to those purposes
?Mastering related KPI and driving the KPI result improvement with BHR
-Responsible to lead and implement the blended learning strategy
?Ensuring TNA and effectiveness in line with Talent development strategy
?Overseeing the development of training strategy and process, including training plan, course development, etc. for overall Ferrero China (including Plant)
?Leads the local implementation of Corporate University roll-outs
-Other projects assigned by line manager or company (e.g., career management, employee engagement)
