Responsibilities:
- Be a business partner of function heads in Fields China and assist them to meet target KPIs. Routinely communicate with business functions (including but not limited to Sales &Marketing, Sourcing, Operations) about company financial and operational performance analysis, historical and forecasted, by means of appropriate analytical tools. Interpret implications and recommend actions.
- Review business and operational standard operational processes (SOP). Design tools to monitor and control risks emerging from these processes;
- Responsible for the interpretation of financial results and trends, preparation of rolling forecast, annual operation budget and 2-5 year strategic plan, tracking of KPIs and reporting of financial data complying with internal and external standards;
- Assist in quarterly review/ BOD meeting preparation. Lead monthly accounting close and reporting. Prepare monthly variance analysis and update P&L/ cash flow forecast and internal management reports and distribute reports to Senior Management on time;
- Maintain and enhance the routine and ad hoc reports as needed (daily, weekly, etc.);
- Assist in due diligence work on potential financial investments, partnership
- Train and build up a capable FP&A team
Requirements:
- 5+ years of financial experience, big 4 preferred, FP&A in consumer, FMCG, E-commerce preferred
- Proactive, self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit. A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance.
- Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with senior executives in China. Able to get alignment on policy compliance.
- Able to working under pressure; willing to travel (if needed, based business expansion) and work overtime;
