任職資格：Job Requirements (Qualification & Skills)
A) Basic Requirements：
- Technical, Economic or Organization college degree or equivalent experience.，
- Fluent in written and spoken English
-精通各種單車工時(shí)計(jì)算和報(bào)告
Fully conversant in the varying Hour Per Car calculations and reporting outputs
-有制造和精益生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Experience in Manufacturing and Lean Principles
-良好的工業(yè)工程應(yīng)用知識(shí)。
Good working knowledge of Industrial Engineering (IE)
-相關(guān)專業(yè)學(xué)歷
Degree qualified, in a relevant Discipline.
B) Working Experiences Requirements：
-有行業(yè)3年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，至少1年整車廠工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Above3 years experience, at least 1 year OEM experience
-有汽車行業(yè)相關(guān)工作背景優(yōu)先
Working experience in auto industry is preferred.
-熟悉汽車生產(chǎn)內(nèi)飾裝配過(guò)程及相關(guān)設(shè)備，了解汽車生產(chǎn)線現(xiàn)場(chǎng)和生產(chǎn)組織系統(tǒng)。
Familiar with car manufacturing process and equipment, know about production site and production organization system.
C) Technical Skill Requirements：
- Good computer skills in general including MS Office, Excel,

- Have communication and relationship building skills, seeing the advantages of working in an
multi culture organization where we can learn from each other.
