主要工作Main missions:
1.全面負(fù)責(zé)技術(shù)管理工作，積極貫徹執(zhí)行實(shí)驗(yàn)室質(zhì)量方針、質(zhì)量目標(biāo)和各項(xiàng)檢測(cè)程序，參與管理評(píng)審，嚴(yán)格遵循ISO/IEC 17025；
Be responsible for technical management,actively carry out the laboratory quality policy, quality objectives and test procedures, participate in management review and strictly follow the ISO/IEC17025.
2.組織實(shí)驗(yàn)室標(biāo)準(zhǔn)方法、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)方法變更及非標(biāo)方法的確認(rèn)，并對(duì)執(zhí)行情況進(jìn)行監(jiān)督、檢查；
Organize laboratory standard methods, standard methods change and non-standard method confirmation, besides supervising and check the condition of implementation.
3.當(dāng)客戶要求時(shí)，負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)檢測(cè)結(jié)果進(jìn)行解釋說(shuō)明。
Be responsible for interpretation of test results when required by customer.
4.負(fù)責(zé)實(shí)驗(yàn)室人員的技術(shù)培訓(xùn)和定期考核，并對(duì)檢測(cè)人員包括在培員工進(jìn)行足夠的監(jiān)督；
Be responsible for technical training and periodic assessment of laboratory personnel, and supervise the testers including the employees
5.主持非常規(guī)檢測(cè)項(xiàng)目的合同評(píng)審；
Conduct the contract evaluation of the unconventional test project.
6.負(fù)責(zé)組織實(shí)驗(yàn)室內(nèi)外部的質(zhì)量監(jiān)控活動(dòng)；
Be responsible for organizing the internal and external quality monitoring activities.
7.負(fù)責(zé)材料及緊固件實(shí)驗(yàn)室的全面工作；依據(jù)檢測(cè)委托和作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書(shū)要求組織開(kāi)展檢測(cè)工作，并解決檢測(cè)過(guò)程中遇到的技術(shù)問(wèn)題；
Be responsible for the work of material and fastener institute, organize the test work according to the test application and operation instruction , and solve the technical problems during the testing.
8.熟悉檢測(cè)項(xiàng)目和樣品的技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和測(cè)試方法標(biāo)準(zhǔn)并負(fù)責(zé)組織技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的查新工作；負(fù)責(zé)審核本實(shí)驗(yàn)室編制的三級(jí)規(guī)程及相關(guān)記錄；
Be familiar with the technical standards and test method standards of test items and samples, organize to check the
new standards work, and audit the level 3 procedure and relevant records.
9.負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)督考核本室人員對(duì)各項(xiàng)質(zhì)量法規(guī)、操作規(guī)則的執(zhí)行情況；
Supervise and assess the implementation of quality regulations and operation rules of the staff.
10.負(fù)責(zé)本部門質(zhì)量文件、技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書(shū)的管理；
Be responsible for the management of quality documents, technical standards and level 3 procedures of the institute

任職資格：Job Requirements (Qualification & Skills)
1、本科或以上學(xué)歷，材料科學(xué)與工程或相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)，5年及以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
Bachelor degree or above in materials science and engineering or related major；at least 3 years related working
experience.
2、掌握材料及緊固件范圍內(nèi)的試驗(yàn)方法、知識(shí)和原理等。
Master the test methods and principles of materials and fastenters.
3. 具備ISO/IEC17025實(shí)驗(yàn)室質(zhì)量管理體系相關(guān)知識(shí).
Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory quality management system.
4. 熟練應(yīng)用辦公軟件，熟悉零部件試驗(yàn)設(shè)備和儀器。
Good skills in Microsoft software, familiar with the related test equipment and toolbox；
5. 具有良好的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力及英語(yǔ)讀寫(xiě)能力。
Good organizational coordination ability, Fluent English communication in writing and speaking.
