職責(zé)描述：
· Provide operational/technical support to all production practices on holidays and weekends.
· Monitor and provide support to workflows and provide expert knowledge on all workflow designs.
· Develop and maintain professional relationships with all business teams
· Monitor all alerts and escalate all issues for all procedures and systems.
· Coordinate with various teams and raise support ticket for all issues, analyze root cause and assist in efficient resolution of all production processes.
· Maintain logs of all issues and ensure resolutions according to quality assurance tests for all production processes.
· Greet all customers pleasantly and ensure compliance to all customer requirements.
· Provide insights to continuous improvements and innovation to streamline efficiency and increasing productivity.
· Ability to make sound judgment and decision when handling high severity issues.

Required Technical Skills
· Knowledge in LUNIX, Oracle and SQL.
· Hands on experience in Production Support environment.
· 3 or more years of experience in planning, engineering, designing, delivering, supporting and maintaining applications.
· Significant Troubleshooting Knowledge and problem solving techniques.
· Solid understanding of standard client/server, networking, and Internet fundamentals.
