團(tuán)隊(duì)情況：有10個(gè)正式員工，組里大多為8年左右經(jīng)驗(yàn)碩士博士
要求：有以下方面經(jīng)驗(yàn)其中一個(gè)的都可以推薦，希望邏輯思維清晰，有l(wèi)eadership
1. 做系統(tǒng)級(jí)的仿真：物理層仿真（如系統(tǒng)管理，research，三星）
2. FPGA算法部門(mén)（普天）
3. Radio SW design
4. FPGA design
5. Digital design，有RF背景，對(duì)CPU無(wú)要求
學(xué)歷：碩士以上
英語(yǔ)：聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)，英文工作環(huán)境，會(huì)和瑞典意大利的開(kāi)會(huì)
工作年限：2年以上，年齡不是最看重的，主要看人
面試流程：1-2輪現(xiàn)場(chǎng)面試，外地可先電面，本地不建議電面（但也可看情況協(xié)調(diào)）
加班情況：一般不建議加班，項(xiàng)目緊急的時(shí)候會(huì)加一下，或者晚上和瑞典開(kāi)會(huì)



System Developer Position Summary (function)

As a Developer you will develop & maintain products (units, nodes, networks, systems and solutions), including development activities like requirement analysis, design, integration, verification, configuration management, PLM support, product documentation.

Responsibilities & Tasks

? Perform Trouble Shooting and Customer Support
? Drive Continuous Improvements of Products and Processes

Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
? Master Degree or equivalent in Wireless, Telecommunication, Electronics, or Computer
? 4 + years’ experience in radio product development
? Solid knowledge in RAN system, radio network and telecommunication standardization
? Good written and spoken English
? Good communication skills and social abilities Preferred Experience on
? Volume radio base station product development
? Layer 1 function system background.
? Layer 1 software architecture and implementation
? Overall RBS architecture and implementation
? Understanding of lower level software, and how hardware and software integration work
