Job descriptions and responsibilities
During projects’ development and release phases, you are required to perform the following activities in a high-effective approach:
1.Identify customer needs in software testing, refine test procedures and align them to governance test process.
2.Review and analyze requirement specifications as well as marine work procedures.
3.Design and maintain test scenarios and cases, test scripts and test data.
4.Execute test scenarios, test scripts and further exploratory testing in accordance with test plan and delivery plan.
5.Draft test report, track and verify defects, drill down to the root cause of defect by closely working with developers or independently, and ensure the quality criteria is satisfied within each delivery iteration.
6.Continuously improve test effectiveness and efficiency.

Job Requirements
1.Solid understanding to software testing methodology and process, at least 3-year experience in software testing or SQA engineering as a top bug finder.
2.Knowledge and experience with test automation, at least 1-year experience in web automation and web service/API automation.
3.Knowledge and experience with web performance test.
4.Experience in agile development, continuous integration and continuous deployment, practicing with tools like GIT, VSTS, etc. will be a plus.
5.Knowledge and experience with cloud platforms, like Azure will be a plus.
6.Automation experience with C#/Node.Js/Python/Java will be a plus
Personal qualifications
1.Excellent English communication skills, especially oral and listening.
2.Self-motived and good team spirit.
3.Result oriented.
