Tasks and Responsibilities職責：
1. Molding machine and material handling system operation and maintenance注塑機及進料系統(tǒng)操作和維護；
2. Molding process building & trouble shooting & optimization 注塑工藝設置，優(yōu)化和問題解決；
3. Robot program and gripper assembly 機械手程序編寫與抓具組裝；
4. Tooling change and daily maintenance 換模及日常維護；
5. Assure daily production as planning 確保根據計劃安排日常生產；
6. Responsible for the molding quality control, participate product quality improvement daily負責注塑質量控制，參與日常產品質量改進；
7. Responsible for improving equipment/person/production efficiency 負責優(yōu)化設備，人員及生產效率；
8. Implement all company policies and procedures & standard working process 公司政策、方針、標準工作流程貫徹及維護；
9. Molding department document establish and maintenance 注塑相關文件簡歷和維護；
10. AS400/BDE and TS16949 system maintenance AS400/BDE及TS16949系統(tǒng)維護；
11. Responsible for cost control 負責成本控制；
12. Support and maintain safe work environment 支持和維護安全生產；
13. Responsible for maintaining proper employee relations 負責維持良好的員工關系；
14. Cooperate and work closely with other department colleague 與其他部門同事的緊密合作和配合；
15. 5S for molding area 注塑區(qū)5S管理；
16. Training new molding people 培訓新員工；
17. Continues Improvement on daily work 日常工作的持續(xù)改進；
18. Other tasks assigned by superior 領導安排的其他任務。

Requirements要求：
1. At lease college degree 本科及以上學歷；
2. Over 5 years working experience for molding 5年以上注塑管理工作經驗；
3. Familiar with Engel molding machine 熟悉Engel注塑機；
4. Skilled in robot program 有機械手編程能力；
5. Be available for flexible working time 適應靈活的工作時間；
6. Fluent in English 英語流利。
