Responsible for new project quality plan and control, lead the cross functional team members and implement PFMEA and control plan.
2.負(fù)責(zé)新項(xiàng)目的先期質(zhì)量策劃，確保按時(shí)提交APQP各階段的質(zhì)量文件資料和樣件并完成相關(guān)工作，組織客戶PPAP資料的提交并獲得客戶批準(zhǔn)。Coordinate application engineer new production approved by customer, submit PPAP on time"
3.在SOP之前停止計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目Process sign off with project team prior to SOP.
4.指導(dǎo)生產(chǎn)過程中的質(zhì)量控制和相關(guān)問題Direct the production process quality control and related issues.
5.各制造節(jié)點(diǎn)問題的收集、分析處理及時(shí)響應(yīng)客戶的要求，規(guī)避內(nèi)部控制過程中潛在的質(zhì)量風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，確保交付客戶合格的產(chǎn)品。Non-conformity analyses and make corrective and preventive plan and follow up with team.
6.和車間領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和制造工程師一起進(jìn)行進(jìn)行過程審核，分析潛在問題并及時(shí)更新控制計(jì)劃Process audit monthly with workshop leader and manufacturing engineer, lead to analyze potential risk and update Control plan.
7.建立過程失效模式分析數(shù)據(jù)庫。Estabilish data base of PFMEA
8.協(xié)助實(shí)驗(yàn)室技術(shù)員選擇測(cè)試設(shè)備和MSA Support lab technician to select the testing equipment & MSA.
9.經(jīng)常拜訪客戶，處理客戶投訴Visit customer regularly, deal with the customer complains.
任職資格：
1. 5年以上工作經(jīng)歷，3年汽車行業(yè)質(zhì)量工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2. 全日制本科學(xué)歷，機(jī)械、自動(dòng)化、車輛類專業(yè)
3. 英語口語能基本溝通
