職責描述：
1.Process issue solve, including update VA, modify the tooling.
2. Time study, motion study, define process flow, work loading balance to drive productivity.
3. Drive cost saving, including material cost, consumable cost, eliminate waste etc.
4. Tools and fixtures optimize, Poka-Yoke development, Fixtures, Gauges, Templates and Process Devices
5. Quality complaint/issue analysis and take action to prevent it.
6. Analysis of customer requirements by reviewing engineering drawings and specifications.
7. Support NPI project development on line.
8. Other tasks or responsibilities assigned by manager.
9. Make maintenance plan for all machines
10. Must possess a good knowledge of process flow and development as related to machining and assembly systems;
11. Has a good working knowledge of quality statistical process control and analysis and how they relate to continuous improvement;
12. Knowledge of IPC-620 is required;
13. Good English presentation skill both oral and written.

3. Automation machine maintenance
4. College degree or above in mechanical /electrical engineering
5. Minimum 3 years of experience working in related job of manufacturing
6. Automatical experience is plus
