Duties:
Assist Director on the school management.
Skills:
1) BA degree or above, preferably with business administration, secretary or English major.
2) 5 years relevant working experience.
3) Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
4) Outstanding communication skills.
5) Ability to excel within a fast-paced environment and to deal with stressful situations in a professional manner.
6) Positive attitude, with a strong commitment to delivering high quality work.
7) Good computer skills-including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook.
8) Proficiency in both written and oral English.
Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for overall day to day running of the School Office, including assistance with examination administration.
2) Manage confidential student files and ensure ease of transfer of information.
3) Assist Director with diary, calendar and general appointments.
4) Monitor parent communication to all parts of the School and liaise with all academic staff to ensure correct procedures are followed.
5) Delegate tasks as appropriate to other administration staff within the office.
6) Responsible for the secretarial requirements of the Director. These include dealing with the correspondence, authorized communications with the parents and with other persons and organizations.
7) Be responsible for the translation of newsletter and other documents as required.
8) Preparation, production and distribution of school lists and other documents as required by Director.
9) Ensure that all the school files, school records and student records are kept well, organized and are stored and/or passed on in the appropriate manner
10) Assist in the appraisal and management of the following staff – Receptionist and admin assistant.
11) Ensure that other administrative staffs are fully aware of all procedures and protocols within the School Office
12) Propose Inset and other training activities as appropriate. Liaise with the Admission Department to ensure that all information is transferred effectively, deadlines are adhered to correct information is passed on to academic staff.
13) Perform any task assigned by Director.

SIP Dulwich College United School, also known as Dulwich International High School Suzhou (DHSZ) is a selective, English-medium, co-educational four-year high school. The majority of our current 650 students are PRC nationals who will pursue their university studies at excellent universities and colleges outside China.
We are one of a family of schools owned and operated by Dulwich College International (DCI), based in Shanghai. DCI was founded in 2003, with full approval and authority from Dulwich College London and currently owns 11 schools in China, Seoul, Singapore and Vietnam.
We are an expanding school, currently in our sixth year of operation. We opened in September 2012 in temporary premises within the beautiful grounds of the prestigious Suzhou High School, in the heart of the old town of Suzhou in Jiangsu Province. In August 2015, we moved to our new purpose-built campus which is located in the developing SIP district of Suzhou.
