Job Description:
1.確保生產(chǎn)流程運轉(zhuǎn)正常，保質(zhì)保量完成生產(chǎn)計劃，有效處理突發(fā)事件，避免不必要損失，
協(xié)調(diào)生產(chǎn)線工藝及流程改進的開發(fā)、實施和跟進；
Ensure that the production process runs faultlessly, and complete the production plan with quality and quantity assured, Handle the emergencies to avoid unnecessary losses effectively. Coordinate the development, implementation and follow up of production line process and process improvement
2.為生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場提供技術(shù)支持，并對日常制造工藝工程的監(jiān)督管理, 優(yōu)化人力資本、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)時間、設(shè)備和能源的使用，解決生產(chǎn)流程中存在的問題，以達到較高的效率、生產(chǎn)率、安全和質(zhì)量。負責(zé)新產(chǎn)品的項目開發(fā)和實施；
Provide support for production on-site, supervision and management of daily manufacturing process engineering. Optimize the use of human resource, Labor time, equipment and energy to solve the problems existing in the production process, in order to achieve higher efficiency, productivity, safety and quality. Responsible for project development and implementation of new products.
3.負責(zé)生產(chǎn)工時考核，工藝文件制作、修改、變更；
Responsible for checking the production hours, and making, modifying, changing the craft file.
4.生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場工裝夾具的管理維護;
Management and maintenance of production on-site fixture.
5.04刀具庫和06備件庫以及工裝夾具庫管理人員工作的安排，以滿足生產(chǎn)正常運轉(zhuǎn)的需求；
Arrangement and management of administrative staff of No.04 tooling store and No.06 spare parts store.
6.負責(zé)新產(chǎn)品項目的工藝試制、裝備配套工作；
Responsible for craft trial-manufacture and matching equipment of new product project.
7.新工藝、新設(shè)備的現(xiàn)場人員培訓(xùn) ；
Training the on-site personnel of new craft and new equipment.
8.SAP系統(tǒng)中的工藝錄入及變更；
Input and change craft in SAP system.
9.確保本部門ISO9000體系的有效實施；
Ensure the effective implement of ISO9000 system in their department.
10.監(jiān)控刀耗量，如有異常，及時采取有效措施避免刀具消耗超出控制范圍；
Supervise the tooling consumption, if find abnormal, you should take effective measures to prevent tooling consumption beyond control.
11.在本部門經(jīng)理不在崗時，臨時代理部門經(jīng)理的工作；
Casually agent department manager’s work when the manager is not on-the-job.
12.保質(zhì)保量完成上級安排的臨時性工作；
Complete the temporary work assigned by superior with quality and quantity.
Job Requirements:
1.本科或以上學(xué)歷，機械或相關(guān)專業(yè)；
Bachelor degree or above, and majored on machinery or related.
2.5年以上機加工和加工中心工作經(jīng)驗及團隊管理經(jīng)驗，特別是Mazark, Mori, Chrion, Faunc相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗；
More than 5 years working experience in machining and machining center and team leading experience. Have Mazark, Mori, Chrion, Faunc work experience.
3.具備良好的數(shù)控知識；
Possess a good CNC-knowledge.
4.良好的英語口語和讀寫能力；
Good English skill on reading, writing and oral.
5.有SAP使用經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮。
SAP using experience is preferred.
