職位描述
職責描述:
1.Keep good communication with the customer during problem investigation process to make sure the customer is always satisfied with the response or action plan of the plant; Complete the initial/final 8D report to customer on time;
2.Conduct visit to the customers if necessary, e.g. report presentation, customer application checking or some important fact-to-fact meeting/discussion;
3.Arrange Failure analysis, coordinate with various functions to find the root cause and corrective / preventive actions on response to customer complaint;
4.Lead an internal team from different among different functions/plants/regions to perform problem investigation through 8D methodology, find the root cause and take exact actions.
任職要求:
1.BS in Technical Field; Good command of English both in spoken and written.
2.Knowledge & Experience of electronic components experience in ceramic capacitor is prefferred.
3.Excellent soft skills of handle customer service, familiar with failure Analysis and 8D Corrective Actions report;
4.Strong team building and leading skill. Ability to drive/coordination the team across functions, departments, plants and oversea teams (USA/Mexico/Europe) to resolve any quality issues timely.
