Responsibility:
?People Management
?Sets department goals and cascades those goals to staff to ensure alignment with strategic imperatives.
?Subordinates performance monitoring and improvement.
?Developing and coaching subordinates.
?Performance Management:
In line with Tenneco China Performance Management guideline.
?Support General Manager to implement plant performance management initiatives, include the goal setting, interim review, performance appraisal and review, etc.
?Provide consulting and coaching to department managers to ensure the appropriate execution.
?Resource Planning
?Take lead the plant annual resource planning to ensure the accuracy and quality of AOP.
?Track the actual condition during the monthly FCST& actual comparison and take action to continuously improve the quality.
?Through high quality resource planning to promote “A player in key position”.
?Talent Management:
?In line with Tenneco China talent review process& methodology& principal.
?Support General Manager to implement plant level strategic talent review.
?Provide consulting and coaching to department manager to ensure the quality and on time delivery of department level talent review output.
?Provide support and suggestion on talent decisions, like the promotion, internal/ external hiring, IDP, to build up the organization capabilities.
?Reporting
?On time hand out the reporting
Work Experience:
?10 years working experience, more than 3 years in HR manager role.
?Manufacturing industry background is a must
Specialized Skills/Knowledge:
?Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interface and influence at multiple organizational levels
?Fluent English speaking and writing skill
?Labor law knowledge and hands-on ER expertise
?Solid experience in resource planning, C&B, recruitment, training& development, communication, at least be expert of 2 of above function
?Passionate, proactive and can work under high pressure
?Drive result but meanwhile well balance people relationship, promote a positive atmosphere in company.
