職責(zé)描述:
1.BASIC FUNCTION
a. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
b. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
c. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
d. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
e. Delivers Product Portfolio, Value Propositions, communication tools, training to sales/distributors may be necessary to be successful
f. Work with Asia OEM manager to build relationship with and develop the key local OEMs in the region.
g. Market research and continue intelligence gathering on customers and competitors
h. Realize budget and growth plans
i. Monitor and report progress of execution via the TM-1 BOP
j. Work with the counterparts in Europe/US region to ensure that the developments of the global customers are on track and to ensure R&D effort are driven towards commercial closes.
任職要求:
a. 3 to 5 years working experience in automotive industry is a must, technical or commercial background is preferred.
A high degree of analytic ability and inductive thinking is required to devise new technically complex problems.
b.Imaginative and creative thinking is an essential part of this position.
c.Strong prospecting skills and must be able to understand customer needs, and using this input, direct the creation of new products to satisfy these needs.
d.Must be able to interpret market changes to direct product market development toward new profitable products.
e.Adopt a team approach, thoughtfulness, focus and drive for results are critical characteristics
f.Excellent cross-cultural communications, negotiation, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
g.Independent, hands-on and proactive. Self driven and passionate in his work.
h.Strong presentation skill and good negotiation skills.
i.Independence and self-driven, emphasizing excellence with high energy level
j.Strong prospecting skills
k.Able to work from home and travel domestically > 75%
