Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree in electrometrical or mechanical engineering field.
2.Minimum 4 years of working experience in quality function and must have 3 year in automotive industry, familiar with automotive customer requirement is plus.
3.Strong interaction and communication skills with customers.
4.Strong problem solving knowledge and skills, familiar with 8D.
5.Good knowledge on ISO/TS16949, it is plus for ISO14001.
6.Familiar with APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, SPC, QC 7tools.
7.Understanding on Six Sigma and Green belt or Black Belt is plus
8.Fluent oral and writing in English and good PC skills.
9.A structured and systematically working personality with focus in high quality and capabilities.
10.In the organization a team player with good communication skills as well as excellent planning problem-solving skill and following up skill.
11.Good overview of time management.
12.Self-confident and enjoy an environmental based on honesty, openness, and high team spirit

Responsibilities:
1. New project introduction
2. Working with Global and CASCO Suzhou team to complete all APQP requirements that requires by program manager.
3. Make PPAP document and follow up the customer approval, as well as the further improvement
4. Set up the whole product and process quality assurance points. Include all activities from incoming, in process and outgoing.
5. Decision making for nonconforming products, disposal for MRB and follow up.
6. Follow up with production and engineering function for the failure analysis, call necessary meeting to address and solve them.
7. Customer complaints handling
8. Quick response to customer complaints and other requirements by both email and verbal.
9. Coordinate 8D report and completion.
10. Take part in the quality audits which are organized by QMS engineer.
11. Continual improvement whenever it is required.
