Qualifications：
1. Bachelor Degree or Master Degree, majoring in Mechanical, can read mechanical drawing.
2. Minimum 3 years’ experience of supplier quality management within automotive context
3. Focused on results with strong ability to communicate
4. Strong practice of VDA6.3 certifications
5.Good understanding of TS16949, familiar with PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA and PFMEA.
6. Strong practice of Quality Problems Solving Tools (8D, 5W, PDCA, ISHIKAWA...)
7. Ability to work on a matrix organization
8. Responsiveness and problem resolutions skills in case of crisis
9. Fluently English both in oral and written

Responsibilities：
1. Approve supplier PPAP
2. Incoming Material control
3. Release suppliers quality claims (0 Km and warranty)
4. Drive 8D analysis and actions plans follow up
5. Organize containment actions (sorting, selections, quality wall...)
6. Initiate and validate corrective and preventive actions with the suppliers for immediate containment actions
7. Ensure that the problems solving tools (8D – 5W – ISHIKAWA – PDCA...) are well applied by suppliers.
8. Escalate recurrent claims, ensure high level of supplier quality performance, and support appropriate action plans in order to
reach the Parts Per Million (PPM) targets.
9. Establish and monitor the overall annual planning for supplier product/process requalification in mass production.
10. Organize regular reviews with the SQE/ASQ network to share good practices and lessons learned.
11. Abide by the regulation of ISO14001 and TS16949 and take the responsibility in security , environment and quality written in company system documents.
12. Other tasks which are assigned by Quality Manager.
