Qualification:
1.本科或以上學(xué)歷，工業(yè)工程或機(jī)械類專業(yè)為佳
Bachelor degree or above, industrial or mechanical engineering majors is preferred
2.3年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
At least 3 years of relevant work experience
3.熟悉注塑件焊接工藝或注塑工藝優(yōu)先
Plastic parts welding or injection molding background is preferred
4.熟悉工業(yè)工程方法，熟悉失效模式分析
Familiar with industrial engineering methods，F(xiàn)amiliar with FMEA Failure Mode Analysis Tools
5.熟悉FEMA、APQP、PPAP、SPC、MSA相關(guān)知識(shí)
Familiar with APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA-related knowledge
6.良好的英文聽、說、讀、寫能力
Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills

Responsibility:
1.具備較好的溝通及協(xié)調(diào)能力，能協(xié)調(diào)解決產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)、工藝、設(shè)備、生產(chǎn)、質(zhì)量等多方面的技術(shù)問題。及時(shí)處理生產(chǎn)線出現(xiàn)的技術(shù)問題，確保生產(chǎn)線的正常運(yùn)行。
Good communication and coordination skill can coordinate the technical issues among R&D, Process, Maintenance, production, quality and so on. Handle various problems arising in production in time to ensure the normal operation of production line.
2.負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)線的節(jié)拍測(cè)定，生產(chǎn)線人員的配置，定期對(duì)過程能力和生產(chǎn)線產(chǎn)能進(jìn)行計(jì)算分析，保證過程能力的穩(wěn)定，不斷提高勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率。
Responsible for determining steps of the production line, configuration of production staff; calculate and analyze the process capability and production capacity regularly to ensure the stability of the process and continuous productivity improvement.
3.責(zé)編制和維護(hù)工藝文件，并對(duì)生產(chǎn)線人員進(jìn)行工藝培訓(xùn)，定期根據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)審核生產(chǎn)線；強(qiáng)化質(zhì)量意識(shí)，提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，減少生產(chǎn)過程差錯(cuò)
Prepare detailed process documents, train operators, audit lines according to standards. Strengthen the sense of Quality. Improve product quality. Reduce the rate of deviation.
4.參與工程變更項(xiàng)目小組，提供必要的工藝技術(shù)支持；
Participate in engineering change projects, provide the necessary technology support.
5.定期與新項(xiàng)目工藝工程師進(jìn)行溝通，熟悉新產(chǎn)品的過程和特性，在項(xiàng)目量產(chǎn)后接手產(chǎn)品和產(chǎn)線。
Regularly communicate with the new project process engineer, familiar with the process of new product and features, take over product and production line after project SOP.
6.負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)工藝改進(jìn)，提高生產(chǎn)效率和產(chǎn)品合格率。優(yōu)化設(shè)備，降低生產(chǎn)成本。
Take part in process continuous improvements and optimizations, improve the production efficiency and FTY. Optimize machine, and reduce the production cost.
7.對(duì)客服投訴的問題及時(shí)作出反饋，與團(tuán)隊(duì)一起做追溯調(diào)查，及時(shí)解決客戶投訴問題。
Timely feeding back to customer complaints, tracing and investigating with the team, solve problems as soon as possible.
8.完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交代的其他任務(wù)，配合其他部門完成相關(guān)工作
Other temporary tasks assigned by manager. Cooperate with other departments when necessary.
