職責(zé)描述：
Mission:
1.Clear procedure on plastic industry projects.
2.Lead CRP projects to make sure time/cost/quality/resource in budget.
3.Connect with customer and internal teams also with supplier properly to make sure new project management in high quality.
4.Strong experience on injection molds’ development, know well mold technology, as well injection process.

Responsibility:
1.Check with relative team to be sure the technical proposals are properly and realisable
2.Lead the assigned new project from kick off to close, well organize the all tasks be realized within budget.
3.Synthesis and achieve the project documentation on each Gate in project process.
4.Well organize the related resource to meet the project set target.
5.Support the mold development manager to review and approve the new build molds design from suppliers.
任職要求：
Education/教育:
College or above in mechanical, mould, project management.

Experience/經(jīng)驗:
At least 6 years in injection mold development and process
Basic finance/cost knowledge
Communication skill
Good plastic project management skill and experience, at least 3 years project leading experience.

Knowledge/Skills Required/所需知識技能
Basic plastic Product knowledge,
Strong injection molds development skill.
process analyze ability.
Strong project risk analysis ability.
Basic Plastic Decoration knowledge
Good at Office software.
With Project leading knowledge.
Basic oral and writing English.
