職責(zé)描述：
1Work with cross-functional team to develop new products using established scientific methods and theories;
2Estimate cost, resources, and time required to conduct development projects, drive technical aspects and manage project to meet defined targets and company quality standard;
3Devise research methods; Set up laboratory test equipment; Build models and prototypes as necessary;
4Organize, execute and evaluate laboratory, pilot and production trials;
5Summarize and analyze test results and preparing detailed reports with conclusions and recommendations;
6Prepare complex calculations, specifications, and other technical documentations so that prototype designs can be manufactured;
7Be knowledgeable in and continuously apply tesa Standard Test Methods;
8Develop and maintain technical expertise in adhesive tape related industry field;
9Understand how to access and use technical information that includes patents, technical papers, trade journal articles etc; Assess relevant patents, analyze patent scopes and their impact on development paths and raw material selection.
10Prepare and file patent applications;
11Lead and evaluate a small group of technicians or less experienced engineers.
12Follow established 6S procedures; maintain a safe, clean, well-ordered working environment;
13Follow company QM processes and procedures and consider environmental factors during daily work;
任職要求：
1. PhD degree in Chemistry, Polymer, Material Science or other relevant fields or master degree with over 5 years industry R&D experience.
2. Experience in coating, adhesive, tape development or other relevant material industries.
3. Very good data analysis skill and able to question validity of test results
4. Basic management skills (target setting, delegation, monitoring, evaluation, feedback)
5. Strong communication skills with local and global team
