The Company: Rieter, a Swiss-based international industrial company was established in 1795. Rieter is the leading supplier of integrated systems and service for manufacturing yarn from natural and man-made fibres for all applications. Now there are 27 Rieter subsidiaries all over the world. In China we have a manufacturing location in Changzhou JiangSu province and a commercial office in Shanghai. In Changzhou we have our own Machining, Sheet Metal, Electrics and Assembly manufacturing. The products assembled and produced in Changzhou are being sold successfully to domestic and global markets.
In China, there are more than 1000 highly skilled employees with many kinds of specialties such as Textile Technology, Commercial, design and Manufacturing.
Due to our rapid expansion we are currently looking for
HR Specialist
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Supporting payroll process, guarantee payroll finalize in time and accurate
2. Deliver routine and random statistics and analysis
3. IMS (Rieter ISO) daily maintenance coordinating and positively deliver HR process optimizing proposal
4. Be responsible for personnel archiving
5. Be responsible for International Assignments Supporting, such as legal permits, rental, etc.
6. Other tasks assigned
Qualification:
The ideal candidate is likely to have the following competences:
1. Bachelor Degree,Major in Human Resource, Law, Psychology, Business is preferred
2. 3 years above Compensation & Benefits Experience,experience in manufacture company is preferred
3. Fluent in both written & oral English
4. Skilled in Excel and PPT with good sense of statistics
5. Team work spirit with diverse background people
6. Good communication skills & Good influences
7. Pressure management

L&D Supervisor
Duties and Responsibilities:
?Identify training & development needs. Set up and implement training system, goal, policy, process to support business and people development objectives.
- Work closely with dept. manager and HR business partner for training needs analysis at all levels and provide professional support in implementation and facilitate the evaluation of training effectiveness.
- Develop, formulate and provide high quality, cost-effective programs both in house and external to meet the training & development needs.
- In charge of individual development and career planning, aligning with business and operations strategies and objectives, roll out projects in talent management.
- Establish network relationship with professional consulting company to get sufficient and suitable resources for update people and organization development concept or trend.
- Supervise and instructs subordinates to conduct training activities, records and evaluates the training in accordance with the training needs analysis result.
- Work with the corporate talent management team on competency evaluation, talent pool maintenance, technical and leadership development program and so on.
- To perform other assignment by superior when needed.
Qualification:
The ideal candidate is likely to have the following competences:
1. Bachelor degree , Human Resources management, Business or related major is preferred
2. 3-5 years working experience in HR field ,at least 2 years experience in L&D function
3. Fluent in both written & oral English
4. Open mind and positive attitude
5. Team work spirit with diverse background people
6. Independent working style
7. Strong in interpersonal communication skill and result oriented
8. Strong training & facilitation skill
