產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理 Product Manager – Independent Aftermarket
Your Responsibilities:
-Gather and analyse market information and take corresponding actions to ensure company’s growth and market position
-Improve product coverage by knowing in-depth IAM knowledge and introduce new parts into the market place to meet unmet demands
-Understand the market price in the very dynamic level and suggest /implement intelligent pricing approach
-Communicate with both internal and external marketing agents or marketing colleagues
-Periodically initiate and update the IAM product catalog and respond to other marketing activities
-Ensure the respect of company’s pricing structure
-Ensure the respect of the company’s image
-Develop mid and long term IAM business development strategy with superior and perform as the main executor of the strategy
-Identify, develop qualify, and retain new distributors / distributors in certain assigned regions
-Provide distributors in assigned regions with commercial and technical support
-Define and follow action plans with distributors in assigned regions
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree, ideally with engineering background
-Minimum 3-5 years independent aftermarket product management experience ideally with 2-3 years sales experience
-Strong sense of responsibility and proactive
-Customer and market-oriented
-Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
-Self-motivated and be able to work under pressure
-Team work spirit
-Frequent travel within China
-High level of fluency in English language (spoken and in writing)

The position holder reports to the Industrial Sales Manager of Stabilus China and has the responsibility of IAM business development. The position is responsible for product management as well as developing new customers, define objectives, follow up and support distributors in assigned areas,. and ensure the realization of the sales targets.
