Primary Responsibilities:

? Design the firmware architecture ensuring integrity throughout the product line;
設(shè)計(jì)適用于整個產(chǎn)品線的完整的固件架構(gòu)；
? Maintain firmware quality through development process improvement, tools, coding standards, design reviews, coaching and compliance monitoring;
通過研發(fā)改進(jìn)、使用工具、設(shè)計(jì)評審、編碼及編譯檢測環(huán)節(jié)保證固件質(zhì)量；
? Provide progressive firmware implementation effort estimates and risk assessments;
提供漸進(jìn)的固件實(shí)施評估和風(fēng)險評估策略；
? Write project firmware design specifications and contribute to system level designs;
編寫項(xiàng)目固件設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范并對系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)提出建議；
? Participate in project plan definition and meet schedule commitments;
參與項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃制定并滿足項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度要求；
? Coordinate with the hardware, software and application and test teams;
配合硬件、軟件、應(yīng)用及測試團(tuán)隊(duì)的工作；
? Identify opportunities for product quality, performance and feature enhancements.
確認(rèn)對產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、性能和功能的改進(jìn)。

Qualifications Required:
任職要求
? Degree in Electrical Engineering. MSC is preferred;
大學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷，碩士優(yōu)先，電氣工程相關(guān)專業(yè)；
? 3 years of embedded firmware development experience preferred;
3年嵌入式固件開發(fā)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先；
? Experience producing commercial-quality firmware for critical applications;
具開發(fā)商業(yè)性固件關(guān)鍵應(yīng)用的經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
? Experience with system design and multi-processor, realtime, multi-tasking systems;
具系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)及多處理器、實(shí)時、多任務(wù)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
? Effective written and oral communication skills;
良好的口頭和書面溝通能力；
? Comfortable working in a dynamic, business focused environment;

? Good command of English incl. speaking, reading, writing and listening.
