2.負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品的競(jìng)爭力分析與論證；
3.同行和本公司產(chǎn)品比較；
4.產(chǎn)品新項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃及前期論證；
5.產(chǎn)品項(xiàng)目研發(fā)，推動(dòng)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施；
6.產(chǎn)品方案規(guī)劃和系列化設(shè)計(jì)；
7.產(chǎn)品維護(hù)與持續(xù)改進(jìn)；
8.產(chǎn)品樣本/使用說明書/企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)/型式試驗(yàn)；
9.產(chǎn)品銷售支持推廣。
任職資格：
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷，電氣類專業(yè)；
2.五年以上行業(yè)標(biāo)桿交流永磁伺服電機(jī)主導(dǎo)設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3.精通交流永磁伺服電機(jī)磁路設(shè)計(jì)、電磁和熱仿真，熟悉控制理論、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，了解制造工藝；
4.良好的專業(yè)英文讀寫能力。

Established in 1992, Boneng Transmission Co., Ltd specializes in the manufacture of mechanical transmission products. In 2005, Boneng Transmission (Suzhou) Co.,Ltd was founded, which marked the beginning of Boneng North and South Layout in China.
