職位描述
崗位職責(zé)：
Represent Microsoft and communicate with APJ Microsoft Cloud customers, mostly Malaysia customers.
Manage relationships with multiple customers, partners and collaborate with MS people;
Use standard processes, implement existing diagnosis methods, solutions/workarounds to effectively deal with issues to help customers achieve MS Cloud products deployment and customer satisfaction;
Drive active users on Microsoft Cloud products;
Document incidents, report customer suggestions and issues to Microsoft.
崗位要求：
Excellent Bahasa;
Fluent English written and oral skills (CET 6 or equivalent);
Basic technical skills in Windows Operating systems/Networking/Exchange Server/SharePoint Server/Lync Server products, O365 technical background is a plus;
Good understanding of Malaysia culture, ability and patience to serve Malaysia customers;
Ability to do file localization;
Good grammar and spelling in written communications;
Ability to multitask among multiple customers and applications;
Ability to work with complex procedures and program guidelines;
Patience and Empathy in customer interactions;
Active listening skills;
Inbound customer service skillset in field of software technologies;
