職位描述
崗位職責(zé)：
? Implement and maintain the network and core IT infrastructure system (WAN/LAN/WLAN/VPN/Storage system) base on Microsoft IT project principal and standard support model.
? Escalation IT service issues /outage and work with relevant supporting team to follow up and fix the problem.
? Understand DevOps requirements and problems, working closely with helpdesk and IT AV team to support office key events and all hands meeting as well as provide executive’s conference support.
? Administrate Direct Internet circuit and Skype phone system. Support IT infrastructure system health and scheduled maintenance activities with global team.
? Coordinate with building facility team and off-site team as well as multiple lab management team to support core IT infrastructure system power/CRAC system maintenance and ensure all connectivity service online after power resumed.
? Interact with the third-party product and service providers to ensure their service on time delivery.
任職要求：
? Excellent customer service skills and good written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English.
? Excellent Cisco/Aruba network (wired and wireless) troubleshooting skill with rich hand on experience on switching and routing.
? Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating system/Windows server. Cloud computing experience on Windows Azure and AWS is highly recommended.
? 3+ years network/system/support engineer experience, with develop and test background is preferred.
? Passionate to learn new technologies and test various devices, Especially for IoT and AI related new technology, Willing to take big challenges under pressure.
? Experience on Polycom /Creston products configuration, diagnostic and troubleshooting.
