職位描述
崗位持有人作為IT團隊的一員,負責執(zhí)行新的業(yè)務要求并在Microsoft CRM和/或SFDC CRM的基礎上保障現(xiàn)有CRM方案;CRM的領域與DWH方案緊密地融合,集成市場,銷售和客服的工作流程,服務于地區(qū)、各個業(yè)務部門以及全球業(yè)務。
1.Establish partnership with business, understands business strategies and needs
2.Propose and implements best practice solutions and business process improvement initiatives
3.Tightly collaborate with regional competency centers (SAP, CRM and Content Management)
4.Coordinate the network of key users – application support
5.Area of focus: Sales, Marketing and Service Processes
Main Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作職責:
1.Business partnership
oUnderstand business strategies and needs, in-depth understand of main business processes (Sales, Marketing and back office Processes)
oEstablish and maintains professional working relationships between IT and its customers and constituents
oManage local business requirement, formulates adequate solutions, in collaboration with the regional competency centers (SAP, CRM and collaboration)
2.Business process improvement
3.Business release management
4.Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager
5.Conduct business in full compliance to Behavior in Business and Behavior in Competition
任職條件:
3年以上工作經(jīng)驗的SAP/CRM業(yè)務分析、需聯(lián)系業(yè)務團隊理解業(yè)務需求和IT部門工作經(jīng)驗轉(zhuǎn)化為系統(tǒng)設計和解決方案;
在制藥公司工作背景者優(yōu)先;
具有較強的專業(yè)知識在SQL服務器;
項目管理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先,特別是區(qū)域/全球性項目;
英文滿足聽說讀寫要求。
