職責描述：
- 需求分析,完成功能設計
- 完成技術設計
- 按照技術設計進行程序代碼設計和編碼
- 撰寫單元測試計劃并執(zhí)行測試
- 執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)測試計劃，解決缺陷
- 在規(guī)定時間內完成工作任務
- 作為項目組長向項目經(jīng)理做匯報


任職要求：
工作要求/Required profile:
- 統(tǒng)招本科及以上學歷,計算機科學/軟件工程相關專業(yè)
- 熟悉需求分析與技術設計
- 熟悉J2ee
- 熟悉Struts/Hibernate/Spring
- 熟悉DB2/Oracle數(shù)據(jù)庫和SQL
- 精通HTML/JavaScript/Ajax
- 了解會計系統(tǒng)
- 理解測試方法和工具
- 3年以上Java編程經(jīng)驗及使用Eclipse的經(jīng)驗
