職責(zé)描述：
?Be part of a team to understand customer business drivers, gathering customer business and technical requirements, and take the lead in writing a quality Statement Of Work (SOW) in English or Simplified Chinese according to IBM’s methodologies (IBM would provide training on relevant methodologies)
?Participate in actual delivery of Cloud projects including Application and Data Migration, Rationalization and Modernization in a Business Analyst or Project Manager capacity.
?Participate in pre-sales bid and proposal work for proactive proposals and RFP responses.
?Learn the IBM Cloud Innovate Methodology and position this as a compelling value proposition / point of view about how cloud computing can be used to transform customer engagement and/or various aspects of business operations
?Collaborating with the IBM Cloud Business Unit and third party cloud platform providers such as Aliyun, AWS, Azure, etc. to drive demand and joint selling
?About 40% of time will be spent on Hong Kong customers and Hong Kong location, and 60% of time spent on China customers in China locations.

The successful candidate will have these qualities:
?Ability to learn new Cloud technology business values and their real-world application and explain to customers in business-language (not technical language)
?Ability to troubleshoot project issues as they arise resourcefully.
?Ability to provide overall team-work and leadership in the quality and execution of consulting engagements
?Ability to support demand creation activities within existing and new accounts
?Ability to participate in multiple, complex delivery engagements simultaneously and collaborate cross-functionally
?Ability to estimate complex program/projects - from a solution, resource needs, and budget perspective
?Strong communicator to both internal and external clients, and build alignment around goals and objectives.

?At least 7 years experience in business development
?At least 3 years experience in an engagement transforming customer experience or some back-office process leveraging analytics and cloud technologies
